4 day Pregnancy Zenthai is an infusion of; pregnancy and remedial massage, zenthai shiatsu and ancient healing practices for pregnancy, birth, labour and post-partum. To offer a modality that is safe, effective, deeply healing and sacred it such a gift. Our intention is for learners to gain confidence and competence, along with a renewed inspiration of working with mothers and babies....yes, we work directly with baby too. The training is interactive and practical, insightful and intuitive, empowering and a whole lot of fun.

Structural Energetics is… observing, appreciating and instructing the body. Through a wholistic lens, it gathers perspectives of functional anatomy, myofascial meridians and 5 element theory.
The patterns in our movement, our posture, and how we hold ourselves are insights to the subtle and energetic experiences within. When our awareness meets these landscapes within the body-mind, we offer it an opportunity to heal.

· The 3 Treasures are the seats to our centres and gateways to our inner sanctum. These energetic paradigms reside in the body as anchor points for wisdom and liberations for the soul path. They have many correlations to healing philosophies and different body maps. We learn the lens of structural and energetic perspective through functional movement, pain presentations, injuries and the subtle energetics that lay beneath the obvious. We reflect on soul purpose, alignment, values, conditioned beliefs and trauma distracting your path.
The Expression Centre

· The Expression Centre explores; hearts expressions, our freedoms, fixations and divine alignment. Our heart and head’s relationship is to be complementary and unified, this is not always the case. Sometimes the conversations of thought and feelings get swayed or entangled, which can affect our posture, freedom and movement around the shoulders, thoracic and neck. This module addresses these paradigms, both functionally, energetically and with a client centred focus within treatments and recommendations.

· The connection centre explores; our roots into the earth, the anchor point between our upper and lower body, where the pelvis meets the spine and how centred we feel in our purpose, direction and relationships.
· Explores the connections of movement and emotions within the lower back, pelvis and hips. Sensing into muscular imbalances, tension patterns and joint compression, we can sense the underpinning subtle world of mind, emotions and perspective
Wholistic Body Lens
FOR ZENTHAI THERAPISTS / Sunshine Coast
